📢 胡志明市公安出入境管理局將【開始受理】外國人【電子身份識別帳號】的申請:
📌 申請條件：
必須擁有在越南登記的本人【名下手機號碼】
持有越南【居留卡】或【暫住證 / 藍卡（TRC）】
📌 分為兩個辨識等級：
第一級：適用於6歲以下的外國人
第二級：適用於6歲以上的外國人
📍地址：196 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, Phường 6, Quận 3, Hồ Chí Minh (Google地圖)
📢 河內市公安出入境管理處將開始受理【外國人電子身分識別帳號（第2級）】申請:
- 時間：自2025年7月1日起
- 辦理單位與地點：越南河內市警察 - 出入境管理局
📍地址：44 phố Phạm Ngọc Thạch, phường Kim Liên, Hà Nội (Google地圖)
適用對象：外國人在越南居住、工作、停留（持有有效【居留卡】或【暫住證 / 藍卡（TRC）】
申請資料：
- 護照
- 居留卡或暫住證 / 藍卡（TRC）
- 在越南登記的本人名下手機號碼
- 電子郵件
- 根據69/2024/NĐ-CP法令填寫的【TK01表格】
辦理時間：
👉若國家資料系統已有面部和生物辨識與指紋資料 👉不超過3個工作日
👉若系統尚無面部和生物辨識與指紋資料 👉則不超過7個工作日

Starting from July 1, 2025, Vietnam will implement a new regulation requiring all foreigners holding a valid Temporary Residence Card (TRC Blue Card) or Temporary Residence Permit to apply for a Level 2 Electronic Identification Account for Foreigners with the Public Security Authority.
This announcement is made in accordance with Decree No. 69/2024/NĐ-CP of Vietnam and provides detailed information on the application procedure, required documents, deadlines, and submission via email.
Foreign nationals are advised to prepare the necessary documents in advance to avoid overdue issues that may affect their legal residence in Vietnam. The regulation applies to foreigners residing, working, studying, or staying in Vietnam.

📢 Ho Chi Minh City Immigration Department will begin accepting applications for the Electronic Identification Account for Foreigners:
📌 Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have a mobile phone number registered under your own name in Vietnam
- Must hold a Vietnam Temporary Residence Card or Temporary Residence Permit / Blue Card (TRC)
📌 Two Identification Levels:
- Level 1: Applicable to foreigners under 6 years old
- Level 2: Applicable to foreigners 6 years old and above
