1. 越南碳交易所正式啟動交易，碳市場邁入實際運作新階段
2026年6月29日，越南碳交易所正式啟動交易，標誌越南碳市場正式由制度建置邁向實際運作。
首日掛牌交易商品為溫室氣體排放配額，交易代碼為 VN2025，適用於2025年至2026年履約期間，總排放配額超過5.114億噸二氧化碳當量（CO₂e）。此次交易平台正式運作，不僅是越南推動碳市場的重要里程碑，也為企業建立更透明、更市場化的減碳管理機制。

2. 碳交易如何運作？
越南碳交易市場採用與證券市場相近的交易機制。
若企業實際排放量低於政府核配之排放配額，剩餘配額可依法出售予其他企業；反之，若企業排放量超過核配額度，則須購買額外排放配額，以履行法定減排義務。

為支援碳交易市場正式運作，越南證券存管與結算總公司（Tổng Công ty Lưu ký và Bù trừ Chứng khoán Việt Nam - VSDC）已核准首批6家證券公司成為碳交易市場之存管及結算會員，包括：VPS Securities，VietinBank Securities（CTS），VNDIRECT，DNSE Securities，PetroVietnam Securities（PSI），MB Securities（MBS）
上述證券公司將負責提供完整交易服務，包括：
- 委託下單
- 撮合成交
- 排放配額保管
- 結算與交割
企業可透過經核准之證券公司完成所有碳交易程序。

The first product listed is the Greenhouse Gas Emission Allowance (VN2025), covering the 2025–2026 compliance period with more than 511 million tonnes of CO₂e allocated for trading.
